Refund & Return Policy:

At Retail Therapy Beau’Tyque, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following requirements:

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Original tags are attached.
  • Item is free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or damage.
  • Item is returned in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Bodysuits
  • Undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Accessories
  • Gift cards

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to inventory availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

Store Credit:

Eligible returns may be issued as store credit instead of a refund at the discretion of Retail Therapy Beau’Tyque.

Store credit never expires.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
